30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

1-Year Extended Warranty (Optional Upgrade)

If you purchase our 1-Year Extended Warranty, you are eligible for:

  • Up to 1 full year return or replacement coverage from the date of delivery.
  • Protection against manufacturer defects.
  • Priority support.

This extended warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


FadeVisio™ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
